Name, role, phone, e-mail, vessel name and length, marina / location, the content of your request and any photos, videos and documents you share via the website or directly.

Assessing and responding to your survey, service and quotation requests; planning and carrying out the service; preparing service reports; meeting legal obligations.
Legal basis and collection
Your data is processed on the legal bases of being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest; it is collected through WhatsApp / e-mail messages composed with the website form, phone calls and meetings.
Website form data is not stored on our server; the form composes the message on your device and it is sent through the app you choose (WhatsApp or e-mail).
Transfers
Your data may be shared with our business partners (e.g. our partner company for electrical work) only to the extent the job requires. Messaging and e-mail providers (e.g. WhatsApp, your e-mail provider) apply their own privacy terms.
Your rights
