03Refit process
Condition of existing systems, refit scope and risks are assessed on site.
Work items, material list and sequencing are planned in line with the yard programme.
Controlled removal; fabrication of pipes, brackets, bases and custom parts.
Installation and piping on serviceable routes with the right materials.
Pressure, leak, function and performance tests.
Handover report with photos and recommendations.
04Fabrication capability
Special materials are evaluated according to project, class and manufacturer requirements.
Warranty terms for workmanship and the equipment used are stated separately on the quotation, according to the scope of work and the manufacturer’s conditions.
SERVICE REPORT — Before / after photo reporting. Test values are added to the report depending on the scope of work.
