01MARINE PIPING & FLUID SYSTEMS

We don’t just lay pipe; we assess the whole system — from tank to equipment, from pump to valve and distribution line.

01Which problems do we solve?

  • Leaks, drips or damp marks along the lines?
  • Old, confusing piping or poor service access?
  • Low or fluctuating pressure at the taps?
  • Odour or backflow at tank vents or discharge lines?
  • Corrosion or unsuitable materials at the connections?
  • New lines needed for a refit or new equipment?

We locate leaks, corrosion, blockages, wrong pipe sizes, unsuitable connections and ageing installations on site — and fix the problem at its source.

03How does the system work?

A line is a system.

  1. 01Tank / source
  2. 02Pump
  3. 03Filter & valve
  4. 04Manifold
  5. 05Distribution line
  6. 06Point of use

Every line is treated together with its source, pump, control elements and point of use. Correct sizing, fall, support and service access keep the system durable and easy to maintain.

04Our service approach

“Right pipe, right connection, right system.”

We don’t simply replace an existing line. We weigh up the fluid, pressure and temperature, vibration, corrosion risk and service access to choose the right material and connection method. The installation is built for the boat’s real operating conditions — not like building plumbing.

05Service process

From survey
to service report.

Our goal is not just to get a system running again, but to hand it over correct and serviceable.

  1. 01

    System survey

Existing piping, equipment connections, tanks, pumps, valves and service access are inspected.

  2. 02

    Line & fault diagnosis

Leaks, corrosion, blockages, wrong sizes, unsuitable connections or ageing installations are identified.

  3. 03

    Material & installation plan

The right pipe, hose, fittings, valves and connection method are specified.

  4. 04

    Fabrication & installation

New installation or revision of the existing system is carried out.

  5. 05

    Test & handover

Lines are checked for function, leaks, pressure and tightness, and the system is commissioned.

06Systems / brand examples

Service experience

Systems we have service experience with

  • Geberit Mapress

Common in the industry

Example brands by pipe & connection technology

  • Metal press: Geberit Mapress, Viega
  • Thermoplastic piping: GF Piping Systems
  • Marine hose: Trident Marine
  • PP-R / PVC-U / PE: Fırat Boru, Kalde, Egeplast

Brand names only describe the pipe and connection technologies we work with; they are not a claim of authorised service or “marine approval”. Where a product is used depends on the fluid, temperature, pressure and, where required, class / manufacturer requirements.

07Real applications

  • Marine piping and engine room systems in mega yacht production — Proteksan Turquoise, 2007–2010
  • Cu-Ni bilge, fire and sea water systems — Sarp, 2014–2015
  • Mechanical installation and fuel piping on service catamarans — Damen 2710 HST, 2019–2020
  • Piping and manifold fabrication on a refit project — AVA, 2021

08Frequently asked questions

Good
questions.

Can’t find your answer? Just tell us the system and the marina.

Ask a question
Which pipe material do you use?

There is no one-size-fits-all material. Depending on the fluid, pressure, temperature, vibration and corrosion risk we choose PP-R, uPVC, HDPE/PE, stainless press (Mapress), metal pipe or marine hose systems.

How do you find a leak?

We follow the line route, check the connections and support points and, where needed, split the line into sections for pressure and tightness testing.

Does the whole installation have to be replaced?

Not always. We first assess the existing line and revise the problem sections. Where the material has reached the end of its life or is unsuitable, we recommend renewal.

Do you work on new builds and refits?

Yes — from system planning to fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning.
